Onion links are links exclusive to the tor network. These links are different long strings of gibberish (sometimes the site name is in the beginning), and with it being gibberish

...it's very hard to find or remember these links, or check the up status due to the slow nature of tor, so there are sites dedicated to linking and telling info about these sites

But these sites just put in anything...

Drug sites...yea easy to find, most of them are probably scams in some way, shape or form but CHILD PORN?

Okay, okay, when I say child porn i dont mean the most obvious shit ever like littlegirlstwerkingfgrtgdffd.onion, but sites that if you didn't know it was that type of site, you'd probably click on it

A popular example of this (although this was user-made, these modern ones probably aren't) was the Hard Candy page at Hidden Wiki. If you aren't a pedophile, or didn't understand the reference to the movie Hard Candy, you'd probably click on that without knowing

That's basically what keeps happening, except there's no backlash because it isn't as popular as something like dark.fail, and more people focus on stuff on the clearnet

I may have exaggerated when I say they should be "taken down", more as they should be moderated because they can be great tools to finding websites in the sea of onion links. I also do not count other sites (such as pastebins) showing up on here because that's not the websites fault
